- No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal drugs on the property - If evidence of partying is found at this property, guests will be subject to a $500 post-stay fine - Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty of $100 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Up to two pets are allowed at this property, but you must enter them in your reservation. Please note that a $100 per-pet fee applies for the entire duration of your stay. If you didn't pay the pet fee during the reservation, you will be asked to pay during your stay. - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - NOTE: Your safety matters. The property has external security cameras. They are facing the parking area and the entry point of the house. They do not look into any interior spaces - Due to high fire hazards in California, the use of fireplaces and outdoor fire pits is not allowed between May and October. - Please do not move the furniture and decorations.

What an amazing experience! Such a wonderful time at this relaxing and heavenly oasis. Plenty of room for our group, gorgeous pool and when we did have a hiccup, she was so responsive and solved it quickly. Will absolutely stay again!

A few friends got together to reconnect. Couldn’t recommend Nina’s place more for family/friend’s vacation. Absolutely gorgeous, peaceful, and entertaining compound. The views are ridiculous and Nina and her team are responsive and helpful. The house is the right amount of quirky and stylish. We had an amazing time and a big chunk of that is owed to Nina and her phenomenal spot. Thanks a lot!

The pictures say it all and the house has a ton of stuff. Kitchen was great and there was plenty of plates silverware and cups for everyone. Beautiful view with a pool and hot tub plus all the games in the garage. Super quirky place and equally as fun for a bigger group!
