This 6,500 sqft, open floor plan home with the lake and mountain views is perfect for any large family reunion, corporate retreat, or a small celebration. It sleeps 24 people comfortably. You'll never get tired of the beautiful Scotts Flat Lake views and the enchanting forest around you. There are multiple game tables, a fire pit, a large Hot tub, and a large deck with a grill to keep you entertained for days.

The property layout is as follows: - 1st/ Main floor - Open living, dining, and kitchen as well as 5 of the 7 bedrooms - 2 downstairs areas - 1 king bed suite on the bedrooms side of the house, and a game room with 3 bunks on the kitchen side of the house - Loft area off the living room with Lakeview, with office, lounge, or yoga space - There are 6.5 bathrooms, 4.5 on the main level and 2 downstairs in each area - Hot tub access is off the downstairs game room area with an attached full bath - parking up to 10 cars

- If you are traveling in the area during winter, BE PREPARED for potential snowy conditions. California Highway Patrol may require chains and/or 4-wheel drive with snow tires during winter and spring months. The guest fully understands and accepts responsibility for vehicular preparation for winter conditions. - If you need to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking an additional night on your stay's front or back end. This will allow you to check in as early or check out as late as you need to accommodate your travel plans! Or contact the host at least 48 hours in advance to see a possible. - Your safety matters. There are multiple EXTERNAL ONLY security cameras on the premises. These cameras face certain entrance points of the home. They do not look into any interior spaces - If you believe there is any chance you might not be able to make your trip, Travel Insurance should always be considered, unless you have other protections in place. - No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal drugs on the property - Absolutely NO events, parties, or large gatherings - If evidence of partying is found at this property, guests will be subject to a $500 post-stay fine - Nevada City's quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and are strictly enforced by the Nevada County Sheriff's Department. Our neighbors are mostly friendly seniors whom we love and respect. - Any guests above 24 will be charged a penalty of $100 per person per night. Please include infants and children. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (24 guests) - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Up to two pets are allowed at this property, but you must enter them in your reservation. Please note that a $150 per-pet fee applies for the entire duration of your stay. If you didn't pay the pet fee during the reservation, you will be asked to pay during your stay. - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - Due to high fire hazards, the use of the outdoor wood-burning fire pit is not allowed between May and October. This is subject to change per local county regulations. Please check with the host if you have any questions. - Please do not move the furniture and decorations. Nina’s place was exactly what our family needed and more. While we brought many of our own items, her home was stocked with far more essentials than any other Airbnb we’ve stayed at—everything from pots and pans to utensils and cups, which made things so convenient. Nina was incredibly kind and understanding, which made our stay feel very comfortable. The views were breathtaking, and the house itself was beautiful and the perfect size for our group. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

We didn’t want to leave. ❤️ Our family had a reunion here. The home housed all of us comfortably and there was enough open space to never feel crowded. There was plentiful seating for meals. The kitchen was well stocked. Having plenty of bathrooms and beds to accommodate a large group was especially appreciated. Understandably, we couldn’t enjoy the fire pit because of fire season. We also had a heat wave during our stay so the hot tub and the outdoor pergola weren’t utilized as much as we expected, but it was so nice to have as an option. The view from the living room and deck was a standout part of the home. We only wished we had more time to just enjoy hanging out at the house. We would love to return in the future. Nina was a kind and responsive host. Thank you again.

A very spacious, beautiful, and inviting place to accommodate a larger group. The views of the lake were incredible from inside and outside the house. There was enough beds and baths for everyone to be comfortable and relax. The extra utensils, tools, and amenities made it extra convenient for us. Thank you for hosting, Nina!

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at this home. The house was beautifully furnished, clean, well stocked with everything we needed (especially the kitchen) and so comfortable. There was plenty of space for our larger group and we had a wonderful time. There was plenty of common space so that we didn’t feel on top of each other. The views are so breathtaking- the photos don’t do it justice! Nina was very responsive and helpful. Everyone in our group agreed we would happily stay there again! Thank you Nina!

This place was even bigger and better than expected! Will definitely be trying to stay here again. Nina was responsive and provided very clear instructions, too. The hot tub was awesome, and we used the kitchen both nights. Beautiful views, comfortable rooms, great AC, and plenty of space to relax were all highlights!

There is no public transportation available to the house. The private car is the best way to get around the area and explore these beautiful mountains.
