The property layout is as follows: - 1st/ Main floor - Open living, dining, and kitchen as well as 5 of the 7 bedrooms - 2 downstairs areas - 1 king bed suite on the bedrooms side of the house and game room with 3 bunks on the kitchen side of the house - Loft area off the living room with Lakeview with office, lounge, or yoga space - There are 6.5 bathrooms, 4.5 on the main level and 2 downstairs in each area - Hot tub access is off the downstairs game room area with an attached full bath - parking up to 10 cars

- If you are traveling in the area during winter, BE PREPARED for potential snowy conditions. California Highway Patrol may require chains and/or 4 wheel drive with snow tires during winter and spring months. Guest fully understands and accepts responsibility for vehicular preparation for winter conditions. - If you need to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking an additional night on the front end or back end of your stay. This will allow you to check in as early or check out as late as you need to accommodate your travel plans!
